Dieting is hard, VERY HARD. I know because now I’m on diet and it’s really hard to lose few pounds because I always crave for sweet foods and food that have lots of fat. In this case, I really need strong appetite suppressant to suppress my crave. It can reduce your appetite because it use a formula (either herbal or pharmaceutical) to make your brain think that you’re already full or make the food taste bad so you don’t want to eat.
If you want to use appetite suppressant, especially the pharmaceutical one such as phentermine, make sure to consult your doctor first. However, you can also buy appetite suppressant that sold in market if you don’t want to go to doctor. Pleas be noted that you should take the herbal products from trusted company which is safe to be consumed by everyone.
