The operating principle, that supports the principle method of muscle development, is based on the cell excitability, particularity of nerve and muscle cells, which allows the response through the action of electrical stimuli produced artificially, so controlled. Electrical impulse is triggered either at the nerve cell, or at their extensions, called Axon, and are driven quickly through nerves, to the deep layers of muscle mass, leading to contract.

Technique used is very simple and reproduce the maximum fidelity the natural process of muscle contraction. Electrodes, which transmit electrical impulses, are placed in strategically chosen areas of the body, depending on the issues that we want to change. Then, with a controlled intensity and precisely calculated, micro-pulses are transmitted to targeted muscle segments. The intensity of stimuli is what makes the difference of quality between different electro-stimulation devices. A very low intensity, has no risk of adverse effects, but cannot give any beneficial results.

Electro-stimulation doesn’t make you lose weigh! Electro-stimulation helps only if is used as an auxiliary method besides sports and nutritional behavior.
